Maybe, this is not a BOGUS Conference, but it bombardizes us with hundred of SPAM email.
So, the fakeness of this
is big

However, there are many blatant advertizements of IEEE (junk) conferences on the web,
because IEEE established an Industry of fake conferences
in collaboration with bogus local partners (IARIA, IRAST, HIGHSCI, IARIA, IACSIT, grs-association.org, AICIT,
World Research institutes (!!!) and many others)

See

  1. Why does IEEE have so many fake conferences?

  2. Because IEEE is the worst junk franchising pyramid scheme. Many IEEE Conferences in Malaysia are not organized by IEEE itself, but by adventurer guys with the only target money.
I know these Malay people that use the logo and title of IEEE in vain.
